You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or API keys. You may not share secret credentials in a way that exposes the service or other users to abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Riftl.ink to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service;
• send abusive, deceptive, or malicious traffic through the platform;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, domains, or infrastructure;

Billing

Some Riftl.ink features may require a paid plan. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cadence, and plan limits presented at the time of purchase. We may suspend or restrict access for unpaid balances, abuse, or clear violations of these terms.

Third-Party Services

Riftl.ink may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and related infrastructure. Your use of those integrated flows may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers where applicable.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or improve the service over time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the service will be uninterrupted at all times.

Disclaimers and Liability

Riftl.ink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be error-free or suitable for every use case. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
